TERMS & CONDITIONS

By accessing and placing an order with Big Dog Customs, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. All orders must include accurate artwork, sizing, quantities, garment selections, and contact information at the time of purchase.

Digital proofs will be provided when applicable. It is the customer’s sole responsibility to carefully review and approve all proofs prior to production. Big Dog Customs is not liable for any errors, including spelling, design placement, sizing, or color variations, once final approval has been given.

All custom products are made-to-order. Once production has begun, orders may not be canceled or modified.

Turnaround times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We reserve the right to refuse any order that includes copyrighted, trademarked, or inappropriate material without proper written authorization.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the State of Texas.

REFUND & RETURN POLICY

Due to the custom and personalized nature of our products, all sales are final. Big Dog Customs does not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges unless the product contains a defect or an error caused solely by Big Dog Customs.

If you believe your order contains a defect or production error, you must notify us in writing within 7 days of receiving your order. Claims must include clear photographs and a description of the issue for review.

If it is determined that the error was caused by Big Dog Customs, we will, at our discretion, remake or replace the affected items. Refunds will not be issued unless a replacement is not feasible.

Big Dog Customs is not responsible for:

• Incorrect sizes selected by the customer

• Errors approved in final proofs

• Minor color variations due to screen displays or fabric differences

• Normal wear and tear

SHIPPING POLICY

Production begins after final proof approval and full payment is received. Standard turnaround times will be communicated at the time of purchase and are estimates only.

Once an order has shipped, Big Dog Customs is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, lost packages, weather conditions, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Additional shipping charges may apply for returned or redirected packages.

RUSH ORDER POLICY

Rush production may be available upon request depending on current production capacity. Rush orders are subject to approval and may require an additional rush fee.

Rush fees vary based on turnaround time, order size, and production requirements. Full payment, artwork approval, and confirmation of garment availability are required before rush production begins.

While we prioritize rush orders, shipping carrier delays remain outside of our control. Rush fees apply to production time only and do not guarantee carrier delivery dates unless expedited shipping is selected.
